Harpscreen Polyurethane Tension Screens are built with metal cable reinforcement. This design technique increases the polyurethane screens resistance to strain and load by absorbing the tension. The flexibility of the polyurethane is ideal for uses when screening materials either build up on the screening surface or wedge/peg during screening. Polyurethane screens can be manufactured to any size/specification to enable it to fit any machine. Brands for polyurethane screens and rubber screens include Spaleck, Bivitec and Binder.

Although having a lower opening screening area than wire screens, especially on smaller apertures, rubber screens / Flip Flow screens mats offer the advantage of a much longer lifespan and reduced noise levels. Manufactured from HIGH WEAR RESISTANT MATERIALS these screen mats are ideal as complete decks on larger screen boxes or as an impact section prior to a wire screen. These rubber screens are available in a range of square or slotted apertures to suit all types of grading requirements. Brands for polyurethane screens and rubber screens include Bivitec, Binder and Spaleck.

Polyurethane is an ideal material for screening. It offers abrasion resistance and is flexible enough to avoid material build up. It also works perfectly in both wet and dry screening applications. Modular systems can be made to any size, shape and strength. In addition they can also be customised for any machine or client specification so that it becomes completely interchangeable with other systems. In conclusion this system is ideal for screening and de-watering.

Panels can also be very quickly replaced without the need for specialist knowledge or tools.
